  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Driver's License and Identity Data

Driver's license photos, selfies, and associated identity data are collected solely for the purpose of verifying rental eligibility and are stored securely. This data is accessible only to authorized RenToMyCar administrators and the host of a confirmed booking. We retain identity verification documents for the duration required by applicable law or our internal fraud prevention policies, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain data for longer periods where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.
